The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently viewing the Fernie two Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies on the community.
SASSA might be rendering solutions for instance new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, as well as the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In a press release, the agency claimed it can be alarmed with regard to the significant quantity of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The goal with the Integrated Registration Outreach sassa Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to a higher variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“This is often because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no fully functional office committed to service the area regularly. The support place created for intervention encounters a substantial inflow of prospective beneficiaries, which makes it tough for your office to attend to all people who take a look at a service point.
“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more assets to empower the servicing of all consumers and improve use of Social Assistance products and services,” the agency said.
